Imports alerts, incidents, teams, users and on-call schedules from Opsgenie to track alert-handling SLAs and incident metrics.
For the general flow of adding a source, see Connect Data Sources.
Opsgenie account with API integration admin rights (admin/owner)
A read API key with access to configuration data (users, teams and schedules), not just alerts
Know your Opsgenie region (EU or US)
If your account is EU-hosted, the API is api.eu.opsgenie.com (recommended for data residency). Otherwise it is api.opsgenie.com (US).
Sign in to Opsgenie with an admin/owner account → Settings → Integrations
Add integration → search for API
Name: HARVEN
Uncheck Read-Write Access (leave Read Access only)
The integration must have access to configuration resources (users, teams, schedules): a team-restricted integration or one without this access will return a permissions error. If needed, create the key via Settings → API key management (account key) instead.
Click Save Integration and copy the API key
A 403 Forbidden error means the key is recognised but lacks configuration read rights (users, teams, schedules), or the integration has an IP address restriction. Recreate the key from an admin account with configuration access, and allow our servers if an IP restriction is in place.
