Imports data from reports configured in Workspace ONE Intelligence. Columns are discovered automatically from the report.

Before you start
Access to Workspace ONE Intelligence with Admin or Operator role
An existing report in WS1 Intelligence
Base URL of your instance
Step 1 — Create OAuth2 API access
WS1 Intelligence console → Integrations → API Access
Add Client → name: HARVEN, role: read_only
Copy Client ID and Client Secret (shown once only)
Step 2 — Identify the report to import
WS1 Intelligence console → Reports → note the exact name of the report (case-sensitive).
Step 3 — Discover and refresh tables
After saving, click Refresh tables: HARVEN runs the report and imports its columns. If the report is still generating, a message prompts you to retry in a moment. Re-running Refresh tables also picks up columns added to or removed from the report.
What to enter in HARVEN
URL — Base URL of your WS1 Intelligence instance (E.g.: https://intelligence.workspaceone.com)
Report — Exact report name in WS1 Intelligence (WS1 Intelligence → Reports)
Client ID — OAuth2 identifier (WS1 Intelligence → Integrations → API Access)
Client Secret — OAuth2 secret (shown once only) (WS1 Intelligence → Integrations → API Access → Add Client)
